Often compared to a shot of adrenalin for recruiters held back by confusion, hesitation or fear, I'm passionate about encouraging people to experiment in their search for talent and color outside the lines with audacity. Because of my unparalleled obsession with sourcing, and my continuous drive to probe for practical solutions where nobody has looked before, many say I deliver the courage recruiting leaders need to walk the edge to success in today’s over-informed world.

 As a globally recognized recruiting thought leader over the last 15 years, I've helped build sourcing organizations for top employers worldwide (ask me for a list.) In my role here at 4SCT as a Founding Member and Chief CyberSleuth I act as Principal Consultant, advising top recruitment brass on how to successfully embed key sourcing initiatives into their current efforts, improve the performance of their existing sourcing teams, and establishing sourcing functions from the ground up. 

Rasied in Colombia, South America, I now reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I hold a dual degree from RIT, am a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, I'm married to a gorgeous lobster-eating Mainer (below). We have two perfectly sweet little angels.

A Founding Member, I manage all of our technical operations including web
development, vendor relations, customer support, desktop support, webinar  
support, and training coordination/delivery. When the going gets tough I also  
jump in to assist on sourcing projects.

I am from Maine, have a Masters in Computer Information Systems, and two beautiful children that keep me very busy. Oh yeah, and I'm married to THAT guy up there ^

Managing Director and Founding Member of 4SCT, I oversee our strategic growth, business development, and continuation of our industry-recognized commitment to sourcing best practices. My job is to make sure the world's best employers take notice of these innovative and breakthrough methods for standardizing sustainable competitive advantages in recruitment and talent management.

Previous to 4SCT, I was a regional sales executive with HRsmart, a provider of talent management software. For three years, I was a producer for TruEntertainment. I'm a Global Talent Strategy Consultant with an eye for identifying and
mapping complex talent pools. Like a pitbull, I'm relentless in my continous

With over 20 years experience in Executive Support, Administrative Operations,
Sales and Marketing, and Customer Service, I keep the company running. I handle
travel, scheduling, correspondence, and phone calls for our consultants. When
I'm not baby sitting them I also assist with proposal preparation, preparing
reports, fulfillment of orders, and have even been know to conduct a bit of
Internet research from time to time.

An innovative leader with 15 years of sales management experience and 9 years of general
